Petro Hrys sets HELPERG a goal: a valuation above $1 billion within three to five years
In a video on his YouTube channel, the founder and CEO of the HELPERG ecosystem explains how it works and the two ways to join, and calls the target an ambition, not a forecast.
On 23 October 2026 Petro Hrys, founder and CEO of the HELPERG ecosystem, published a video on his YouTube channel about where the ecosystem is going. In it he said that HELPERG wants Helperg.com to be valued at more than one billion US dollars within three to five years.
He was explicit about what kind of statement that is: “This is an ambition, not a forecast and not a promise. It’s the bar we’ve set for ourselves.” Big goals, he said, shape big decisions: which people to hire, which companies to bring in and how high the standards need to be. HELPERG LLC is a privately held company, so the goal concerns its valuation, not a stock-market capitalisation.
Why an ecosystem
The video starts from a problem Hrys says he has seen many times and lived himself. A small company starts with a good idea, then has to build hosting, payments, accounts, analytics, support, marketing, hiring and legal work, and none of that is the product it set out to make. Companies that work alone, he argues, grow slowly and too often shut down: “Not because the idea was bad. Not because the people were weak. Because they were carrying everything on their own shoulders.”
His answer is to build that foundation once, build it well and let every product stand on it.
What he says is already inside
Hrys describes HELPERG today as an aggregator: a family of stores, services, telecom products, apps, analytics and logistics projects. The examples he gave were:
- Infrastructure and web: Helperg.com, WebmasterID and Cash Workspace
- Telecom: Twin Phone and eSIMky, for second numbers and mobile connectivity
- HR and talent: TalentPartnerID and HRHelperG
- Logistics: LogisticID
- Analytics: Global City Intelligence
- Mobile apps: PDF, Fax, Printer, Invoice Maker and others
Two pillars, five things shared
The shared foundation has two pillars. Helperg.com is the core infrastructure: hosting, services, payments and distribution that a new product can use from day one. WebmasterID is the identity and web layer: one user, one identity, many products. Hrys compares it to a city, where Helperg.com is the roads, power and water, WebmasterID is the address system, and each product is a building.
On top of that foundation the products share infrastructure, customers, data and analytics, teams, and cross-promotion. “This isn’t a pie where every new slice makes the others smaller. It’s a network,” he says.
Two ways in
For people, the video sets out four steps: join as an employee, propose an idea, launch it as a product on the shared infrastructure, and become a partner in what you built. “You don’t have to quit your job, take a loan and risk everything to become a founder,” he says.
For existing companies, Hrys describes the model directly: HELPERG acquires a controlling stake, usually 60 to 70 percent, and the founders and management keep 30 to 40 percent. The company joins the HELPERG group and plugs into its infrastructure, products, customers and teams, while the founder keeps running what they built. His argument: “It’s better to own thirty percent of a company that is growing many times over than one hundred percent of a company that is fighting to survive.”
How to get in touch
The video closes with three contacts, for people who want to join as an employee, pitch an idea or discuss bringing their company into the group:
