Cookie Policy
This page describes what cookies and similar browser storage helperg.com actually uses today, why each one exists, and how you can change your mind at any point. It covers the public marketing site only. Each HELPERG product you sign into (for example, Cash Workspace) has its own consent surface inside the product.
What cookies are
A cookie is a small piece of text a website asks your browser to store and send back the next time you visit. Browsers also offer related storage like localStorage, which works similarly but stays on your device until something explicitly clears it. We use both, and we treat them the same way for the purposes of this policy.
How our consent system works
The consent banner and preferences modal you see on this site are written and operated in-house by HELPERG LLC. We do not use CookieYes, OneTrust, Cookiebot, or any other third-party consent management platform.
Analytics is off until you turn it on. The Google Analytics library is not on the page: a small consent controller in the head of every page loads it only after you press Accept all (or turn Analytics on in the preferences panel), and only on pages that carry analytics. Until then no request of any kind is made to Google — no script, no page-view, no "cookieless" ping. Google's consent signals (analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization) start as denied when the library is loaded, and only analytics_storage is ever granted; the three advertising signals stay denied on this site.
If you have visited before, the controller reads your stored choice from localStorage synchronously in the page head. A stored Accept loads analytics from the first page view; a stored Reject means no analytics request is ever made. A record that is malformed, uses an older format, is older than 13 months, or carries a timestamp from the future is treated as no choice at all: analytics stays off and the banner asks again.
What we send to Google is kept to a minimum: page views and session engagement, with the page address reported as the page's canonical address (never the query string, a search term, a weather place, or coordinates), the page title as published, and the referrer without its query. Scroll, search, click, download and video events are not transmitted.
Withdrawing consent takes effect on the spot: the analytics library is disabled, the _ga cookies are deleted, any leftover analytics keys are removed from browser storage, and the decision is applied to every open tab of helperg.com. Requests that had already been sent before you withdrew cannot be recalled.
You can change your mind whenever you want. The Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page reopens the preferences panel and lets you grant or withdraw analytics consent.

What changed: until September 2026 the Google Analytics library loaded on every page before any choice and sent "cookieless" measurement pings to Google (Google's advanced consent mode); this page also listed those pings as a necessary "consent signal". That is no longer how the site works: nothing is loaded or sent before consent. Earlier versions also listed a Google Analytics cookie that GA4 no longer uses, Google Ads conversion cookies and a CookieYes cookie; none of those are set — we do not run Google Ads, and the consent UI is in-house. The table above is the current, accurate picture.
Browser storage keys beginning with wmid: were written by the WebmasterID analytics tracker for visitors who accepted analytics before September 2026. The tracker is no longer loaded on helperg.com (see below); any such keys are removed when you withdraw consent, and you can delete them from your browser's site data at any time.
Categories
Strictly necessary
Cannot be turned off. This is the local record of your consent choice and nothing else: it involves no third party and sends nothing anywhere.
Analytics
Opt-in. This covers Google Analytics 4 and HELPERG's WebmasterID main-site adapter. If you decline, or make no choice, neither sends analytics requests. Google Analytics counts page views, session length, device class and coarse location (country or city); the page address is reported as its canonical address, never with a query string. WebmasterID records the limited interactions described below. Earlier consent for Google Analytics alone does not enable this expanded scope: the banner asks again.
Marketing
There is no marketing category. helperg.com runs no advertising, remarketing or conversion tag, the preferences panel has no marketing toggle, and Google's advertising consent signals are never granted from this site. If that ever changes, this page will list each new tag before the change ships.
WebmasterID
WebmasterID is HELPERG's own website-analytics product. After you grant analytics consent, a first-party adapter sends the canonical page address, event time and a basic interaction type (page view, button or link click, outbound click, download click, or form submission) to its public ingestion service. Form submission and download clicks are interactions, not proof of a completed lead, purchase or download. It sends no query strings, fragments, search terms, weather places, coordinates, time zones, page titles, referrers, form values, user IDs or payment information. It creates no analytics cookies, persistent visitor IDs or browser-storage records. The external WebmasterID tracker script is not loaded.
This adapter excludes /books/ and all its subpages, store links and Magazine-books deployment hosts. It also stays off on analytics-free pages and honours browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Withdrawing analytics consent removes its interaction listeners, aborts pending fetches where the browser permits, and stops new reports; it cannot recall requests already received. Browser and network metadata, including the source IP address, still reach the receiving infrastructure as part of an HTTPS request. See our Privacy Policy for processing and retention.
Third-party cookies
Two third-party services can run on helperg.com. Google Analytics 4 runs only after you grant analytics consent; when it runs, it sets the two cookies listed above under Google's terms.
The TradingView economic calendar on the economic calendar page runs only after you press “Load TradingView calendar”. Your analytics choice does not load it: accepting analytics neither loads nor closes it, and rejecting or withdrawing analytics consent closes it if it is open. It runs in an isolated frame. In our tests (Chrome, October 2026) neither the frame nor TradingView's scripts in it could read or write cookies or browser storage — helperg.com's or TradingView's — and TradingView's responses set no cookies. Your browser may still send cookies it already holds for TradingView's domains (for example from visiting tradingview.com) with some of the calendar's requests if it allows third-party cookies; with third-party cookies blocked in the browser's settings, it sent none. This depends on your browser and its settings. Closing the calendar does not delete anything your browser has already sent.

Managing your choices
- The banner on your first visit. Choose Accept all, Reject all, or Customize to see the single Analytics switch. Scrolling past the banner or ignoring it is not consent: analytics stays off.
- The "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page. Reopens the preferences panel any time, including after you have already chosen; withdrawing is one press, the same as accepting was.
- Your browser settings. Every modern browser lets you block or delete cookies entirely. This works site-wide, not just for ours.
- The Google Analytics opt-out add-on linked above, if you want to block GA across the whole web.
Ecosystem products
HELPERG LLC operates other products outside this marketing site, including Cash Workspace. Each ecosystem product runs its own cookie and consent surface for the people who have accounts there, and each one publishes its own policy. This Cookie Policy describes helperg.com itself — the public site you are reading right now.
Changes to this policy
When we change what we load or how the consent system works, we update this page and bump the Last updated date at the top. For substantive changes — new tags, new categories actually being used — we update the page before the change ships.
