Sources

Every organisation HELPERG Data reads from, grouped by data domain: the datasets and series taken from each, the role it plays in retrieval, what HELPERG transforms and what it reproduces verbatim, the licence each dataset travels under, whether it may be redistributed, and the attribution that must accompany it.

12 registered sources from 5 organisations, rendered from the same registries the API reads and serves at /api/v1/sources. Where terms are unclear, the conservative reading applies and nothing is redistributed.

Economics — calendars and statistical datasets

Release calendars supply the schedule; statistical interfaces supply the published values. Every calendar read is a scheduled ingestion; no reader request ever reaches a statistical agency.

How attribution travels with the data

Every API response carries meta.attributionRecords: the source, its official URL, the licence name and URL, whether attribution is required, the exact credit line, and whether HELPERG modified the data — which it does on the calendar, news and weather surfaces, where provider vocabularies, units and links are normalised, and on every value it computes from a publisher's inputs, which is marked on the record itself. A consumer that renders the data and drops the record is in breach of the source licence, but cannot claim it was never told.
