What changed in this revision: this policy now explicitly covers OAuth and connected accounts, access and refresh token handling, and AI-assisted features, and the scope is stated as HELPERG LLC ecosystem-wide rather than helperg.com only.
1. Who we are and what this policy covers
HELPERG LLC ("we", "our", "us") operates the public marketing site at helperg.com and a set of connected ecosystem products, including Cash Workspace and our mobile apps. We are a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. You can reach us at info@helperg.com.
This policy is the umbrella privacy notice for our work as a company. It describes how we handle data on helperg.com and across the ecosystem products you may sign into. Individual products may publish their own product-specific notices that add detail for that surface — those product notices live with the product and sit on top of this umbrella, they do not replace it.
2. Personal data we collect
What we collect depends on which surface you are using.
helperg.com (this website). If you decline analytics in the consent banner, we do not collect any analytics about your visit at all. If you grant analytics consent, we collect standard Google Analytics 4 events (see §6). If you write to us at info@helperg.com, we keep the email and your address so we can reply. Support email sent to info@helperg.com is handled the same way whether you reach out as a website visitor or as a user of one of our products. We also store your consent choice locally on your device so we do not have to ask again on every page.
Ecosystem products. Where you sign into a HELPERG LLC product, we hold account identifiers (email address, display name), authentication state, content you create or upload, support communications you send us, and billing identifiers as needed for the relationship. Payment card details are handled by the payment processor, not us — we only hold the customer or subscription ID the processor returns. Our mobile apps process most files on-device and do not upload them unless you explicitly enable a sync feature.
Server logs. Our hosts keep standard request logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp, requested URL) for a short period for security and abuse investigation.
3. OAuth and connected accounts
This section applies to ecosystem products, not to helperg.com itself — helperg.com has no user accounts and does not ask you to connect anything.
Where you connect an account on one of our ecosystem products — for example X (Twitter), Bluesky, Telegram, Google, GitHub, or other providers we may add — you authorize that connection at the provider's own consent screen. We request only the scopes a given feature needs and rely on the provider's permission system rather than asking for your password.
You can revoke the connection at the provider at any time. Doing so invalidates the token we hold and the affected feature stops working until you reconnect.
4. Access tokens and refresh tokens
When you connect a third-party account, the provider issues a credential — an access token, and sometimes a refresh token — that lets our product act on your behalf for the scopes you granted. We do not see or store the password.
Tokens are held in a managed cloud database and encrypted at rest by our cloud database provider. Access is limited to systems and personnel that need it to operate the feature, with reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. Access tokens expire on their own; refresh tokens may be rotated by the provider. Tokens are deleted when you disconnect the account in our product, when your account is deleted, or when the provider revokes the grant.
5. Third-party platforms and APIs
We rely on a small number of third-party platforms to operate. Categories used across the company include:
- Hosting and build. Netlify hosts helperg.com. Ecosystem products run on managed platform hosting providers listed on our subprocessors page.
- Analytics. Google Analytics 4 on helperg.com, consent-gated under Google Consent Mode v2 (see §6). Ecosystem products may use additional analytics platforms; each is disclosed on its own surface.
- AI providers. Some AI-assisted features in ecosystem products send input to third-party large language model providers (for example, OpenAI, Anthropic) under their own terms. The providers actually in use are listed on the subprocessors page.
- Fonts and assets. Google Fonts (Inter) on helperg.com.
- App stores. Apple App Store and Google Play handle mobile app distribution and in-app purchases under their own terms.
- Pricing data. TCGPlayer and Cardmarket provide trading card market data for the TCG Card Scanner app.
- Connected social and third-party providers as described in §3.

6. Analytics on this website (helperg.com)
On helperg.com we measure page views, session duration, device class, and country or city at coarse granularity. The only analytics platform currently wired into this site is Google Analytics 4.
All analytics signals default to denied on every page load under Google Consent Mode v2. Nothing analytics-related fires until you grant analytics consent in the cookie banner. You can revoke at any time via the "Cookie settings" button in the footer.
helperg.com does not run any advertising, remarketing, or conversion pixels today. If we ever add any, this policy and the Cookie Policy will be updated to list each new tag before the change ships.
7. AI-assisted features
Some ecosystem products, and parts of the content we publish on helperg.com, use AI to generate insights, summaries, drafts, or recommendations. When an AI feature processes your input, that input may be sent to a third-party LLM provider under their terms; the providers actually in use are disclosed on the subprocessors page.
AI outputs may contain inaccuracies. Treat them as informational, not as professional advice, and independently verify anything important before acting on it. Do not submit content to AI features that you are not authorized to share with a third-party provider.
8. Cookies
helperg.com uses a small set of cookies and similar browser storage. The full list, what each item does, and how our in-house consent system works are documented in our Cookie Policy. You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" button at the bottom of every page.
9. Data retention
- Analytics. Retained according to the defaults of the analytics provider (Google Analytics 4's standard retention today).
- Support email. Kept as long as needed to resolve your request, plus a reasonable archive period for follow-up and our records.
- Access and refresh tokens. Deleted when you disconnect the account in our product, when your account is deleted, or when the provider revokes the grant.
- Server logs. Held for a short window — days to weeks — for security and abuse investigation, then rotated out.
- Backups. Routine backups may contain copies of deleted data for a limited period before the backup itself is rotated out.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, the CCPA, or similar laws. These typically include the right to access the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, receive a portable copy, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent you previously gave.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@helperg.com from the address tied to your account. We respond within a reasonable period and within statutory deadlines where they apply. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
11. International transfers
HELPERG LLC is based in the United States, and your data may be processed in the US and in other jurisdictions where our subprocessors operate. Where transfers cross legal boundaries, we rely on the safeguards offered by those providers, including standard contractual clauses where applicable.
12. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, or under 16 in jurisdictions where that is the threshold. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children in that age group. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact info@helperg.com and we will delete it.
13. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data we hold — encrypted-at-rest storage, restricted access, modern transport encryption — but no system is perfectly secure. For more detail on our security posture and how to report a vulnerability, see /security.html.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates are posted on this page with a new Last updated date. For material changes, we will also tell people who have an account on one of our ecosystem products through the product itself.
