3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Some HELPERG apps offer optional in-app purchases or subscriptions. These are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies. We do not directly process payment card data.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our apps will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. Use of our services is at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HELPERG LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Third-Party Pricing Data

The TCG Card Value Scanner app displays market pricing data from third-party sources (TCGPlayer, Cardmarket). This data is provided for informational purposes only. HELPERG LLC makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of pricing information.

7. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
