Subprocessors

Last updated: May 28, 2026

First published 2026-05-28. This is the initial Subprocessors page. It lists the third-party providers that process data on our behalf for helperg.com today and explains how ecosystem-product listings are being consolidated here over time.

1. Overview

A subprocessor is a third party that processes data on behalf of HELPERG LLC when running our services. Common examples include hosting providers that serve our pages, analytics services that count aggregate visits, and font delivery networks that load our typeface.

This page lists the providers we actually use today. We update it before adding a material new processor, so that a careful reader can always check who is involved in delivering our services and follow each provider's own privacy policy for further detail.

2. How this page is organized

We split this page by surface, because not every provider is used on every surface. helperg.com (this website) uses a small, well-known set of providers, listed in §3 below. Ecosystem products — such as Cash Workspace and our mobile apps — each maintain their own subprocessor disclosures on their product surfaces, and we are consolidating those into this page as each product's stack is verified for inclusion.

3. helperg.com (this website)

The following providers process data on our behalf in connection with the public helperg.com website.

helperg.com itself has no user accounts and no application database. The providers above cover hosting, consent-gated analytics, and font delivery — that is the full operational stack for this domain. Behavior of the Google Analytics tag is described in the Cookie Policy; the consent banner controls whether it loads at all.

4. Ecosystem products

Subprocessor lists for HELPERG LLC ecosystem products — Cash Workspace, our mobile apps, and other product surfaces — are maintained on each product's own legal pages. We are populating a consolidated table here as each product's stack is verified for inclusion. We deliberately do not list providers we have not confirmed are in use today, because an inaccurate subprocessor list is worse than no list at all.

If you are evaluating a specific ecosystem product and need its current subprocessor list before that product's row lands on this page, email info@helperg.com with the product name and we will point you at the current authoritative disclosure for that surface.

5. Sub-subprocessors

Each provider listed in §3 may, in turn, rely on its own sub-processors to deliver its service — for example regional cloud infrastructure, content delivery edges, or sub-contracted operational tooling. Those chains are maintained by each provider in its own documentation, and you can follow the privacy-policy link in the table above for the full picture for that provider.

6. Updates and notice

We post material additions to this page before the change ships to production. "Material" here means a new processor that handles personal data or content on our behalf, or a meaningful change in the role or region of an existing one. Routine changes by an existing provider (for example, a documentation update or a new sub-processor disclosed within that provider's own chain) follow the provider's own notice mechanisms rather than ours.

Where an ecosystem product has a B2B agreement that requires advance notice of subprocessor changes, that notice is given through the relevant product channel in addition to any update on this page.
