How to read this calendar
- Status
- What the publishing agency states: scheduled, rescheduled, delayed, tentative, cancelled or published. It never changes merely because the scheduled time has passed.
- Clock reading
- Computed at request time from the schedule alone: upcoming, imminent, past due awaiting confirmation, confirmed, or closed. It is never stored and never becomes a status.
- Date-only releases
- Eurostat and the ECB Governing Council calendar publish dates without times. Those rows carry no time in any zone; no midnight is manufactured.
- Importance
- HELPERG editorial methodology, stated as such on every record. It is not a measurement of market impact, and no forecast, consensus or surprise figure exists anywhere on this surface.
