Terms of Use
Last updated: May 28, 2026
What changed in this revision: these Terms are now ecosystem-wide rather than helperg.com only, with new sections covering acceptable use in detail, AI-assisted features, responsibility for connected third-party accounts, and a clearer liability cap.
1. Acceptance
By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the services. In these Terms, "we", "our", and "us" mean HELPERG LLC. "Services" means helperg.com, our ecosystem products (including Cash Workspace), our mobile apps, and any other software or site we publish under the HELPERG brand. "You" means the person using the services, or the organization on whose behalf you are acting.
2. Who we are
HELPERG LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. You can reach us at info@helperg.com.
This document is the umbrella Terms of Use for our work as a company. Individual products may publish supplemental terms that add detail for that surface — for example, a product-specific subscription clause or a specific connected-platform rider. Those product terms sit on top of this umbrella; they do not replace it.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the services, or the higher minimum age set by your local law (for example, 16 in some EU jurisdictions). If you are using a product on behalf of a business, school, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
4. Account responsibilities
Some ecosystem products require an account. Where they do, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, write to info@helperg.com as soon as you can so we can help.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the services to do any of the following:
- Unlawful use. Anything that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction or in a jurisdiction where the services are accessed.
- Spam, harassment, and rights violations. Sending unsolicited bulk messages, harassing or threatening people, or posting content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, or other third-party rights.
- Scraping in violation of policy. Crawling or scraping any HELPERG surface in a way that violates
robots.txt, ignores published rate limits, or breaches these Terms. - API abuse. Exceeding documented API limits, circumventing throttling, or redistributing API data beyond what your license permits.
- Credential misuse. Sharing API keys, using another user's credentials, or attempting to brute-force or guess credentials.
- Platform manipulation. Artificial engagement, fake accounts, coordinated inauthentic activity, or automation that violates the terms of a connected platform (such as X (Twitter), Bluesky, or any provider we integrate with).
- Malicious automation. Bots, scripts, or traffic patterns designed to degrade the services or to mount a denial-of-service attack.
- Reverse engineering and bypassing controls. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling our software, or circumventing security controls — except to the limited extent that applicable law expressly allows.
6. Third-party platform responsibility
Several ecosystem products let you connect a third-party account — for example X (Twitter), Bluesky, Telegram, Google, GitHub, or other providers we may add. When you connect such an account, you remain responsible for complying with that platform's own terms of service, developer policies, and content rules. HELPERG LLC is not a party to your agreement with the connected platform, and any action taken by that platform against your account there is between you and them.
7. AI and automation
Some services include AI-assisted features that generate text, summaries, drafts, recommendations, or other output based on your input together with the behavior of a third-party large language model provider. We do not warrant that AI output is accurate, complete, current, or appropriate for any particular use.
Do not rely on AI output for legal, medical, financial, tax, or safety-critical decisions without independent verification by a qualified professional. AI output may contain errors, fabrications, or content that does not reflect our views. You are responsible for reviewing AI-assisted output before you act on it or publish it.
8. User content
You keep the rights you already have to content you submit to the services — text, files, images, code, or other material. By submitting content, you grant HELPERG LLC a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, process, display, and (where the feature requires it) modify your content as necessary to operate and provide the services to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.
9. Intellectual property
HELPERG LLC owns or licenses the software, content, trademarks, logos, and branding that make up the services. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any of it without our prior written permission, except as expressly allowed by these Terms or applicable law.
10. In-app purchases and subscriptions
Some products offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. Where they do:
- Mobile app purchases are processed by the relevant store — the Apple App Store or Google Play — under that store's terms.
- Web subscriptions, where offered, are processed by a payment processor (for example, Stripe or a comparable provider) under that processor's terms.
- Payment card data is handled by the store or processor. We do not directly process card data; we hold the customer or subscription identifier the processor returns.
- Refunds follow the store's or processor's refund policy, unless we publish a separate refund commitment for a specific product.
- You are responsible for cancelling subscriptions in the store or surface where you purchased them before the next renewal date.
11. Beta and experimental features
From time to time we label parts of the services as beta, preview, experimental, or similar. Those features are provided as-is, may produce inaccurate results, and may be changed or removed at any time without notice. Don't build a critical workflow on top of a feature that's still flagged as experimental.
12. Disclaimers
The services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, HELPERG LLC disclaims all warranties — express, implied, or statutory — including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Pricing data shown in our apps, market data from third-party sources, and AI-generated output are all informational only.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- HELPERG LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to the services.
- Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the services is capped at the greater of (a) the fees you paid to us in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) $100 USD.
- Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits or the exclusion of certain warranties. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HELPERG LLC and its officers, members, and contractors from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (i) your misuse of the services, (ii) your violation of these Terms or applicable law, or (iii) any infringement or rights claim arising from content you submit through the services.
15. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the services, in whole or in part, if you violate these Terms or applicable law, if continued access poses a security or abuse risk, or if we are required to do so by law. Where we can, we will give you notice; where we can't, we may act first and explain afterwards.
You may stop using the services at any time. If you have an account on an ecosystem product, deletion of the account and the data tied to it follows the retention provisions of our Privacy Policy.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Before filing anything formal, we both agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by emailing info@helperg.com with a clear description of the issue.
If the dispute is not resolved informally, the exclusive venue is the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless mandatory local consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise — in which case those local provisions apply.
17. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates are posted on this page with a new Last updated date. For material changes, we will also tell people who have an account on one of our ecosystem products through the product itself. Your continued use of the services after the effective date of a material change means you accept the updated Terms.
